For people pleasing, perfectionism, and rejection sensitivity

Feel Like Enough

Boundaries Without Guilt

Steady Through Criticism

You Hold It All Together. You’re Exhausted.

You’re the dependable one, the peacekeeper, the one who holds it together. Somewhere early on, you learned that being good, helpful, or perfect was the safest way to be loved.

From the outside it looks like you have it all handled. Inside, you’re worn out from trying to be enough.

Does This Sound Familiar?

Q

Criticism or someone’s disappointment can wreck your day

Q

Wearing a mask of “I’m fine” and staying productive

Q

Losing yourself in everyone else’s needs

Q

Understanding the pattern but not being able to stop it

“I feel like I’m failing as a person.”   “Everyone thinks I have it together.”   “If I’m not perfect, I’ll lose them.”

What You Want Instead

Z

Feel Like Enough

Without having to prove it or earn it first.

Boundaries Without Guilt

Say what you want, make mistakes, and stay steady instead of spiraling.

Close Without Losing Yourself

Handle criticism or rejection without it taking over, and be close to people while still being you.

Insight Is Only Step One

Many of the women I work with are great at therapy. They “get it.” But getting it doesn’t change it, so we don’t stop at insight.

  • Map the pattern. What sets it off, what happens in your body, and what you do to keep things smooth.
  • Understand why it made sense. It started as a way to stay safe. It was never a flaw.
  • Practice small reps. Notice what you want, say it, and stay steady.

We work with the body, not just your thoughts, so the change holds in the moment you need it.

Common Concerns

“Isn’t people pleasing just being nice?”

Kindness is a choice. People pleasing feels like there is no choice.

“If I stop, I’ll become selfish.”

That almost never happens.

“If I lower my standards, I’ll fall apart.”

We remove the fear, not the standards.

“I know why I do it, so I should be able to fix it.”

Knowing why is only step one.

You don’t have to earn your place. Let’s work on feeling like enough, without the proving.
