Start Marriage as a Team
Begin married life with a shared vision and the skills to back it up.

Skills-Focused and Practical
This isn’t just a checklist. It’s the same approach I use in my couples work: understanding comes before fixing.
- Communication and conflict skills you practice in session.
- Each other’s family patterns and how they show up between you.
- Expectations, talked through before the wedding.
Think of it as prevention, like training before the season.
What the 8 Sessions Cover
We begin with a short call to make sure the program is a good fit for you both. From there, each session has a clear focus.

How each of you is wired, becoming your best self, and understanding your nervous system.

Time split between each partner for honest, one-on-one conversation.
Sessions 4–5: Communication & Conflict
The core of the program: Ground, Map, Disarm, and Repair.
Session 6: Sexual Intimacy as a Team
Approaching intimacy together, as partners.
Session 7: Finances as a Team
